Computer Mechanics have access to Samsung parts and can turn around repairs quite quickly compared to back-to-base repairs.

Samsung laptops offer good value for money (very strong with budget laptops). The R610 in the low-range and the X460 in the mid-range of the notebook market are well regarded. Hey, what about that anti-bacterial keyboard?!

Their netbook offerings, the N120 and NC20, are very competitive with good screens, keyboards and battery life. There are some touchpad issues on the older models.

Other problems include trying to get laptops to connect to TVs. Sometimes this is a wrong cable/faulty cable issue. Often involves a bit of hunting to track down the right connector.

Samsung is susceptible to the same sorts of issues we see on other machines; motherboard and hard drive issues, batteries etc.
